Hurricane, desperate to balance work and money, takes a dangerous shortcut with a shady drug delivery job, hoping to solve his financial problems and fully pursue his passion for hip-hop dance.

Hurricane loses the drugs and finds himself in the crosshairs of the Italian mafia in Germany, who make life unbearable for him and his family, leaving his wife gripped by fear.

Hurricane soon discovers that the drug trade involves far more players than he realized, including the sinister priest Burke and his followers, as well as a German pharmaceutical tycoon with a dark past named Alf, all of whom manipulate him mercilessly.

The voodoo priest unleashes his demons on Hurricane, and as he struggles through a series of small skirmishes, he loses complete control over his life — until an old friend, Red Thunder, comes to his aid, but by then it may already be too late.

Alf, the pharmaceutical tycoon and self-proclaimed creator of the superdrug “Fluid,” aims to build his empire and sends one of his top scientist to China to strike a deal for large-scale production of the new drug.

Meanwhile, the missing Fluid prototype falls into the hands of the Italians, sparking violent clashes among rival mafia clans in southern Italy. The voodoo priest Burke sends his top agent, the trickster MC Wicked, to retrieve the drug, but he fails.
